Why my status in software deployment is failed but return code is 0... tested that the package deployed is okay and working on the unit where it was pushed.

Please help, i have created a MSI package and successfully pushed it to the unit via software deployment portal...

However my status shown was "failed".

Upon checking on my scheduled task, status was failed also but return code is 0...

and upon checking the unit, my package was successfully installed without error.

Please help what needs to be done on situation like this.
